Avril Lavigne is single again – legally at least. The Canadian singer and her ex, Sum 41 guitarist Deryck Whibley, finalized their divorce in Los Angeles after four years of marriage. Lavigne's new album "Goodbye Lullaby" is slated for release in March 2011.
