Britney's back! Britney Spears announced she'll perform a special concert on 'Good Morning America' on March 29 -- the same day her new album, 'Femme Fatale,' is released, according to ABC News.Spears appeared in a taped announcement during Monday's live show, where she announced that she'll perform in San Francisco's historic Castro District.
"I promise you it'll be a morning to remember," the singer said in the clip.

Fans are anxiously awaiting the release of 'Femme Fatale,' Spears' seventh studio record. She has released her first single, 'Hold It Against Me,' and a second single is expected before the March release.
