http://images.buddytv.com/articles/Image/what-are-they-up-to-Candace-Cameron.jpgActress Candace Cameron, best known for her role as D.J. Tanner in the 90s sitcom “Full House” has written a book called “Reshaping It All”, in which she opens up about her battle with bulimia throughout her life, something that started when the show ended in 1995.Candace Cameron like many other celebrities became a victim of showbiz hunger for perfect bodies and the discrimination they have to face.  In an interview with PEOPLE magazine, Candace Cameron Bure says:

“It’s a very dangerous cycle that can just start to consume your life and really take over, It wasn’t about me trying to lose weight, It was all about emotions.”

Cameron has been able to overcome bulimia now and she is healthier and feeling better than ever. This was something that was achieved with the help of her family and dedicating herself to eating better and exercising instead of going through the dark path of bulimia, from where many girls never seem to get out of.

The memoir book will be released in January 2011.
